IDoes dental treatment hurt?+
Modern dentistry allows treatment with virtually no pain. We use modern anaesthetics that effectively remove discomfort. Treatment under sedation is available if needed.
IIHow often should I visit the dentist?+
Even without complaints, a check-up every 6 months is recommended. It helps detect problems early and avoid complex treatment.
IIIWhy does my tooth hurt only at night?+
Night pain is often linked to nerve inflammation (pulpitis) or periodontitis. With such symptoms it is important to see a doctor as soon as possible.
IVCan I have dental treatment during pregnancy?+
Yes. The second trimester is considered safest. If necessary, emergency care is provided at any stage using safe methods.
VWhy does my tooth hurt when biting?+
Pain when biting may be caused by root inflammation, an enamel crack, caries, pulpitis, periodontitis or recent treatment. The cause cannot be determined on your own, so please see a dentist as soon as possible.
VICan a badly damaged tooth be saved?+
In many cases, yes. Modern dentistry can restore badly damaged teeth with inlays, posts, crowns or endodontic treatment. If restoration is not possible, the doctor will suggest the best replacement option, such as an implant.
VIIWhich is better: a crown or an implant?+
These methods solve different problems. If the root is intact and can be restored, a crown is usually placed. If the tooth is completely lost, an implant is the optimal solution. The final choice depends on the clinical situation and diagnostics.
VIIICan an implant be placed right after extraction?+
In many cases yes — this is called immediate implantation. The decision is made after an examination and CT scan, provided there is no marked inflammation and bone volume is sufficient.

It depends on the condition of your mouth. For daily care, fluoride toothpaste suits most adults. For sensitive teeth, desensitising pastes are recommended; for inflamed gums, products with anti-inflammatory components. It is best to choose after consulting a dentist.

Before removal you need an examination and an X-ray or CT scan as prescribed. On the day, eat well a few hours before the appointment, avoid alcohol, and tell the dentist about all medications and chronic conditions.
