Draft document. The final version is prepared by a lawyer for the legal entities (Russian law 152-FZ).
Data controller: to be specified once the legal entities are finalised (the licence holder and AKHPAT LLC). Processed data: name, phone, information voluntarily provided in the request. Purpose: contacting the patient and arranging the visit. Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. The full text will be published before launch.
